An Interesting Story of Success with Custom Printed Golf Balls

I am a trader and I started online trading 5 years back. Today, I am running a global enterprise with my friend and have clients from all around the world. I started my company after making 800,000 dollars in the first year. But it’s the promotion that made my company what it is today. All thanks to custom printed golf balls and Philip for his crowd gathering game!

Starting the Company

Philip is my batch mate. After we passed out from college, we didn’t have that mindset to do a 9 to 6 job. So in search of something unique, we started investing in shares. I love mathematics and Philip loves finance studies.

So losing money never came to our mind. Altogether, we invested something around 80K dollars and bought shares. With time as the prices rose, we sold them and the final result after a year was something near to 800K. A profit 10 times of the investment isn’t always easy. But our calculations worked.

When our calculations were accurate, we wanted to help the needy. There are many who live a middle class life style and only dream about riches. But with trading they can get to the top. The only thing that stops them is insecurity.

People Needs To Know Our Potential – Promotion

We are a regular visitor to the golf course. I am not an expert and mostly a bogey player. Double bogey is a common thing for me. But Philip is a par player. In a game of 9 holes (par-five), if my score is 59 or 60, Philip’s score turns out to be around 44 to 48 with 2 or 3 birdies!

As we kept visiting the golf course, we made some friends who played with us. I took this as an excellent opportunity to organize a sponsored game.

Ordered Custom Printed Golf Balls

For an event, preparations must be made. One of our golfer friends, John (whom we met at the golf course) took responsibility to make the arrangements. I just paid the bills.

I thought to make the game an interesting one. Philip’s way of playing is different and he is a natural player. If he plays his natural game, he might play the winning shots! So, I ordered customized logo golf balls.

John helped us make the game interesting. He is a member of the golfer club in our town. So he opened up entry for other players. They will pay an entry fee and play with our custom printed golf balls holding the logo of our company!

The winner will receive 20K dollars followed by 15K and 10K for the second and third position.

The Game of Golf

On the day of the event, there were a total of 8 players. I didn’t play but took the position of the event organizer.

The game was tough and all eyes were on a player named Jason. He kept charging right from the first shot. On a par-five hole, his shots were eagles and birdies. Other players were also good.

Coming to Philip, he started his game with a double bogey! The game continued. After 9 holes, Philip was positioned 2^nd where Jason took the first place. Jason – 35 and Philip 45! John managed to secure the 4^th position after Mike at 3^rd. John – 48 and Mike – 46.

More 9 holes were remaining and the game went on. On the 10^th hole, Philip played the rare albatross! The crowd cheered. Jason played a birdie! In the next two holes, Philip played two birdies while Jason made two par holes.

People call 13 the unlucky one! Philip’s swing for the thirteenth hole was a magic. The ball with our company’s logo flew towards the hole. It dropped exactly near the hole. With another slight swing of the club, Philip scored another albatross! Now all focus was on Philip. The crowd cheered Philip, Philip, Philip.. He scored birdies for the remaining 5 holes. On the 18^th he scored an eagle!

Jason was not behind. He kept on playing birdies until the 15^th, 16^th hole where he played double bogeys respectively. The 17^th hole was a birdie and for the 18^th Jason hit an albatross.

Everyone enjoyed the game and praised both Philip and Jason. When people came to know that we are online traders and started our company, many among the crowd came forward to invest on Philip for his game!

On time of the award distribution ceremony, we gave away free golf balls with our company logo printed on it. Many among the crowd were eager to know about the story of our company!

Philip Started Getting Popular

This is what we wanted and Philip opened up doors not only for our company, but also for his golfing career. He got an offer to play at the state tournament.

My custom printed golf balls kept following him. On one hand we earned from shares on and on the other Philip helped in building the company’s reputation.

The Present Day

It has been five years. Philip’s game is now way better than before. He attracted many investors and now our company is having not only individual clients but affiliate companies as well.

Business is running fantastic and last month we started a charity campaign in the continent of Africa to help the poor. Many NGOs came forward and supported us. With all hopes for the best, we are looking to organize another game of golf.
